Jesus

Jesus is King (Philippians 2:9-11, Ephesians 1:20-23, John 18:36)

Jesus is King over everything and everyone. This makes our citizenship within the Kingdom of Heaven our primary allegiance, and everything we do is directed by our King, Jesus.

Jesus is Friend (John 15:14-15, Matthew 7:21-23, Ephesians 3:16-19)

Jesus desires to know us and to have a relationship with us, dwelling in our hearts, so that we might be filled with the fullness of God.

Discipleship

Becoming Disciples of Jesus (John 8:31-32)

Jesus said "follow me" to many people throughout scripture and he's saying it to us today. Our primary calling is to be a disciple of Jesus, align our lives with his teachings and example, and embrace his values as our own; to be like him.

Making Disciples of Jesus (Matthew 28:18-20, Acts 1:8)

We are God's plan for Kingdom expansion. It's not enough for us to be disciples, Jesus commanded us to go and invite others into a discipleship relationship with him as well.

Movement

Movement Focused vs. Gathering Focused (Mark 16:15, Acts 2:1-4,47)

The missional movement of the gospel began as documented in the book of Acts and continues to this day. We exist to partner in this gospel advancement; not to build Church of the Four Corners, but to reveal that the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand and invite others into it.
