Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you.
Matthew 28: 19, 20

Church of the Four Corners Missions exists to bring hope and the love of Jesus Christ to a hurting and lost world.

This November, we will be partnering and sending a team to Nicaragua with Project HOPE once again. Project HOPE has been serving in Nicaragua for nearly 25 years and recently began serving in Haiti. They have trained local staff in each country to minister through different ministries each day. Ministry doesn’t exist because of teams, rather teams help support and encourage the ministries that are ongoing. Their purpose is to serve those in need while sharing the HOPE of the Gospel.

Their base (HOPE Central) in Nicaragua is located just outside the capital city of Managua. They have over 40 staff members that lead ministry through education, feeding, medical, pastor training, community development, young men’s rehab, and women’s rescue from prostitution programs. In Nicaragua, Project HOPE has built over 3,000 homes for the poor, built numerous pre-schools, trained nearly 1,000 pastors, and served many through their feeding and medical programs.

Our team will help build several homes during the week in the Cuidad Sandino dump for the poorest of the poor. These families are currently living in plastic or tin shanties with no running water or electricity. The team will host vacation bible school for the children and will be able to send team members to help serve the other ministries each day. Our team will be working alongside each family and the community to help build their house and through building relationships with them our prayer is that they will be able to share the HOPE of the gospel.
